Buddhist Lent Day is a period of three lunar months during the rainy season when monks are required to remain in a permanent residence (wat)

Four Noble Truths are main teaching of the BuddhaDhamma which leading to the end of suffering.
Teaching and Practicing The four noble truths are classified as

1. Suffering 2. Cause of suffering 3. End of suffering 4. the Path leading to the end of suffering as followings:
a. this part is conditional part which includes:
1. Samuday is a negative condition or the cause to increase suffering
2. Magga is a positive condition or the cuase to the end of suffering
b. this part is the parts of consequence:
1. Dukkha means suffering which is bad consequence raised by Samudaya.
2. Nirodha means the end of all sufferings or it also means Nibbana. This is good consequence raised by practice magga.
